About Us

The original business had been running since 1982 developing control systems for extract fans for kitchens and bathrooms and was the first company to introduce automatic humidity control in fans in the middle to late 80’s.

The management team have been with the company since 1982 and involved in all aspects of domestic ventilation.

In 2015 the manufacturing business was sold to a major UK ventilation company but the management and installation side of the business was not required and hence System Controls Installation Ltd was borne.

A gap in the market was identified for a professional one-stop-shop for ventilation requirements and so System Controls Installation commenced as a purely design, supply, installation and commissioning company which is where SCI are today. Over the past 35+ years, they have worked with major industry companies such as Taylor Wimpey, Cilantro, Lorne Stewart, Willmott Dixon, Fortem, Apollo / Keepmoat, Laing Homes, Bellway Homes, J B Hopkins, Haydon M & E.
