Proud to announce securing a fourth project from one of our long-standing clients, J & B Hopkins.
The project is for full supply & installation of 101 MVHR systems to a new-build project at Egham Gateway West, Surrey.
January 2021
3-weeks in to 2021 and we have secured the 1st new project for the year. Pleased to have secured instruction for installation of MVHR systems at Westmoreland House in Bristol for a new client.
May 2020
Clarendon Road Gas Works, London
We are pleased to have been chosen for this prestigious new project for the supply and installation of MEV systems to 448 flats.
This is the first project secured from Haydon M & E and we look forward to working with them.
November 2019
Graven Hill, Bicester
Following hot on the heels of our last win, we have successfully secured the supply and installation of MVHR systems to a new development of 104 apartments at Graven Hill, Bicester. Based on traditional wood-frames and utilising off-site manufacturing, this is our second win from Dodd Group.

Another project secured !!
We are pleased to have secured the MVHR and FCU installation for 127 new-build apartments on this prestigious new project.
This is the first project secured from Vital-Energi and we look forward to establishing a long business relationship with them.

Another win for the SCI team.
We have secured the supply, install and commissioning of 200+ MVHR systems in the new Redcliff Quarter phase 2 in Bristol.
This is our first project secured from The Dodd Group, again broadening our client-base.

We are pleased to have secured the MVHR supply and installation to 45+ high-end houses and flats on the Magna Carta site in Runnymede.

We are pleased to have secured another project for supply and installation of ventilation to all student rooms and communal areas on a new 236-room student accommodation in Brighton.
This project is the fourth secured from J & B Hopkins (Fareham) and continues our strong working relationship.

TNQ / Colindale – Northern Quarter, London
We are pleased to announce that we have secured the contract to deliver the MEV installation and commissioning on 81 apartments of the next phase of TNQ residential development in Capitol Way, Edgware Road, London.
The scheme is the first project we have been awarded by LJJ M & E Contractors and we look forward to working with them on this project.

We have secured the contract to deliver the MVHR installation and commissioning on a new-build
614-bedroom student accommodation development at Friars Road Coventry.
The scheme is the third project we have been awarded by C & D Electrical Contractors Ltd (Chesterfield) following the awarding of the Oxford University project and Chaucer House Portsmouth as below.

Oxford University – new halls of residence
We have been awarded the contract to deliver the MVHR installation and commissioning on a new-build 885-bed student accommodation project at James Wolfe Road, Oxford for Oxford Brookes University.
The scheme is the second project we have been awarded by C & D Electrical Contractors Ltd (Chesterfield) following the successful award of Chaucer House Portsmouth.

We are pleased to have started work on the supply and installation of MVHR systems to this prestigious new 128 retirement home complex in Runnymede, nr Windsor.
This is our third project secured from J & B Hopkins (Fareham) and continues our strong working relationship, following Cumberland Place in Southampton and

Former Hounslow House, Hounslow
We have been awarded the contract to deliver the MVHR supply and installation at the Former Hounslow House, located on London Road Hounslow, for Kane Group Building Services. The project consists of 14no. townhouses, 241no. Private Sale apartments, 19no. shared ownership apartments and 19no. affordable apartments. The scheme is the second project we have been awarded with the Kane Group following the successful award of Dudley House Paddington earlier in the year.
The Vincent / Queen Victoria House, Bristol
We have recently secured the contract to provide supply, installation and commissioning to 65 flats on this combined refurbishment of the existing Queen Victoria House along with 2 new-build blocks in Bristol.

An exciting new project for us that will be starting early 2018, we are installing MVHR systems to a total of 196 apartments on this new development in London.
Polden Corner, Bath University
Having begun in November 2017 we are making good progress on this student accommodation development for the University of Bath, SCI are installing MEV systems to a total of 262 studio bedrooms.

Having begun in October 2017, we are installing MEV & MVHR systems to 200+ student bedrooms and clusters on this new development in Southampton.
Finzels Reach, Bristol
Due to begin in October 2017, we have secured a project installing MEV systems to 200 apartments on this exciting new riverside development in the centre of Bristol.
Chaucer House, Portsmouth
Due to start early September 2017, we have secured a project installing MVHR systems to a total of 200+ studio bedrooms and cluster-type kitchens & bedrooms on this new student accommodation development in Portsmouth
Wheatley, Oxford
Pleased to be starting another new project installing MEV systems to 51 new-build properties in Wheatley, Oxford for Taylor Wimpey.
The Podium, Egham
We are pleased to have started installing MEV systems to each studio bedroom on this new prestigious project for The Royal Holloway University of London campus.
Podium is a brand new development of 178 luxurious student rooms, arranged across four contemporary buildings and set within mature, tranquil gardens.
System Controls Installation Ltd are proud to have been recently appointed on further sites by J W Morris who have partnered with Hill Partnership and Ealing Council on an exciting new project in West London.
The overall project will see the creation of over 200 new homes across the borough.
SCI Ltd will be responsible for the installation of the MVHR systems.

Elephant & Castle regeneration
We are pleased to announce that we have started works on Phase H3 of the Elephant & Castle re-development.
Elephant Park is a major mixed-use development that will provide almost 2,500 new homes between now and 2025 being built by the main developer, Lendlease.
The first phase of our works is the installation of MVHR systems to 228 apartments in 2 low-rise and 2 high-rise blocks currently under construction
Centrepoint, London
We are currently involved with the ventilation refurbishment of the luxury flats at Centrepoint tower in London Oxford street. The building houses 82 flats ranging from £1.8 million – £55 million. It was given listed status in 1995 and requires a high quality product so we are installing MVHR units into the flats.
Oxford Tower Blocks
We are doing the ventilation refurbishment to the five tower blocks for Oxford City Council supply and installing ventilation with MEV units to each flat. We are also doing the fire protection and smoke detectors.
21 Wapping Lane, London
We recently completed the 182 flats at Wapping Lane London. This development is in a highly prestigious part of London and the flats required a central extract MEV units to tie in seamlessly with the high quality of the build. We used rigid ducting to extract from the wet rooms to the main unit.
Mercia House, Coventry
We have successfully installed centrifugal kitchen and bathroom fans into 120 flats at Mercia House in the heart of Coventry. A suitable hole was cored into the wall and the fan was fitted using a standard wall sleeve to transport the unwanted moister out of the rooms.
William Batchelor, Samuel Vale, Nauls Mill Coventry
We are currently working on a extensive project in Coventry on thee rise tower blocks. Meaning a combined total of 360 flats. A coast effective solution was needed and we provided the answer by installing MEV systems into each of the flats with rigid ducting transporting the unwanted moisture to the outside of the property.
